Encouragement was found August 21, 2012 when I stepped onto a new campus.
It's 2014 now, I've been at that school for two years. I am currently still there.
I found my encouragement in a teacher (Mr. D, or "Coach" as I call him) I hadn't expected to. I found myself freedom in running, something I'm not terribly good at but refuse to give up on. I was fortunate to find myself surrounded by the best teachers a school district has to offer, both years. I watched my faith grow, and I saw myself change. The Lord has been there for me every step of the way. He brought me to these wonderful people, who have made a difference in my life. To God I owe my greatest thanks. I am forever grateful.

And we as the attending, the residents, it's our job to set a good example for them. It's their school too, it's their education, and their future. We as students, and future workers strive to set positive examples for those who look up to us. It's our job to be supportive of eachother, use generously, honesty, and understanding. We have to demonstrate willingness, devotion, determination and be capable of going that extra mile. Nothing is easy, but if you try, you can and you will succeed.

I'm a 14 year old artist, writer, and freshmen at Oakmont High School. I hope to one day be a neurosurgeon or a cardiothroacic surgeon. I am currently working on writing a novel which I hope to someday publish with the help of my aunt who is an editor. Im a member of the Oakmont Health Careers Academy. I'm also a rather sporty person, I do my best to never miss a good game. My sports teams are The Chicago Bulls, The Chicago Bears, The Chicago White Sox, Tampa Bay Rays, and Sacramento Kings. I love running, it's my passion, my freedom, and a stress reliever.
I enjoy playing Flag Football/Baseball/Basketball/Lacrosse with my close friends and family!

Whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at Heathrow Airport.
